Confidentiality and Drawing Security

Your drawings are often your company's most valuable information. That's why we protect your files according to these principles:

• Files are uploaded over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in an area with no web access; there is no public link.
• Only our authorised quoting and production staff can access the files, via the admin login.
• Your drawings are used only to prepare the quote and produce your order; they are not shared with third parties or used for other customers' jobs.
• When external services such as finishing are needed, only the necessary information is passed to the supplier under confidentiality.
• On request we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before production; just tick “Non-disclosure agreement” in the request form.
• Files of requests that don't become orders are deleted on request.
